Click Options-Back Up, then the Back It Up button
Back up to a network server, zip drive, etc., back up to floppies is not supported, floppy reliability and the size of the back up files, makes this impractical
By default, the program will back up into the Purchasing Manager folder, this makes un-installing easier, if you are going to continue using the program this should be changed
By default, you will be reminded to back up every 6 uses, this can be disabled in the back up window
Databases, because of all the reading and writing, are susceptible to corruption, the few seconds it takes to back up, may well be worth it, if a crash occurs during a write operation and database corruption is reported
The program will automatically test the databases, when the program starts.
The program creates database copies (the .sbu files) several times a week,
if a database problem is detected it will restore the last good copy from these
To manually restore, Click Options-Backup, select the files to restore and click restore
