Create your own categories for items, to make finding and ordering easier, categories may also be used for tracking expenses

Create a category for Shipping, to make tracking shipping costs easier, add shipping Items to make easy entry of shipping costs into an order, create a vendor called Shipping and assign all shipping items to vendor Shipping and you can track all shipping costs by running a report on the vendor named Shipping or create a shipping item and duplicate it for each vendor, enabling you to track shipping by vendor, etc

You can find a menu item or button to add a new category many places in the program
